Description:

Hominum Ruinam unveils nature as an antidote during lockdown, a space for escape. The work unfolds as a layered study of the body, the last physical trace of the self within digital systems. Pinhole photography, the most intimate and primal form, stands at the core of the project, developed across two independent cycles: hand-built wooden objects and fabric prints, expanded through large-format chemical photography and code-based explorations. The project was developed and exhibited in the forest where it was made, and continued there after the diploma.
